Experience

I have an undergrad with a focus in Psychology/Sociology from Portland State University.
I have worked with individuals with challenging behaviors for 9 years. Directly, as a Residential Home Manager, Residential Program Director. 3 of these years have been as a Behavior Professional.

I have received formal training for Functional Behavior Assessment/Behavior Support Plans
I belong to the Association for Positive Behavior Supports. I attend on-going training’s/conferences to continue my education in terms of best practice and up to date research, as this is a constant evolving field.
I have mentored new behavior professionals, at the time of writing this I am mentoring for behavior professional for a fellow agency.
